021 is here! Years come and go, and HR challenges are never the same! With our series, discover the 5 HR challenges linked to the constant evolution of the professional ecosystem, accelerated by the health crisis, and gain visibility.

HR Challenge No. 1

"Manager à distance: Redonner aux salariés le sens du collectif au travail" (Remote management: Giving employees a sense of community at work)

With the significant increase in teleworking in France and short-time working, many employees are finding a lack of meaning in their work. Physically isolated, with different work rhythms and digital skills, collaboration and therefore performance have taken a big hit in 2020.

We've learned that managing a remote team adds an extra layer of complexity to the manager's role. It is thereforeessential to master the keys to effective remote management, in order to federate the dispersed team and recreate proximity around a common project.

Managing oneself, one's colleagues and relationships from a distance, knowing and effectively using digital collaboration tools, developing emotional and social intelligence from a distance and mastering the coach's posture are key skills for restoring meaning to the collective.

HR Challenge #2

"Collaborating remotely: Capitalizing on 2020 experiences and creating new, motivating collaboration routines that work"

In a dispersed team, new questions arise in terms of organization, communication and collaboration. The way we work is constantly evolving, and this can lead to frustration and demotivation among team members. After a phase of forced experimentation in 2020, it's important to take regular stock with the team to install new, motivating routines that work. This also includes human skills, which need to evolve with it.

HR Challenge #3

"Learning culture: Promoting collaboration and intergenerational transmission even at a distance".

At least 3 or even 4 generations live together in your company. Especially when teleworking, age and generationalprejudices and stereotypeshinder relationalflowand block the optimalflow ofinformation within your company, with several consequences: the risk of non-quality decisions, lack of creativity and innovation, frustration, demotivation and even absenteeism linked to ill-being or illness among your employees. The result is enormous untapped potential for your company.

HR Challenge #4

"Être résilient.e: Promouvoir la santé positive en entreprise et en télétravail" (Being resilient: promoting positive health at work and at home)

Already in the spotlight before the pandemic, Quality of Working Life (QWL) has become a strategic focus in 2021.

A host of scientific findings on the weakening psychological state of many employees are prompting companies to take appropriate action. And, above all, to offer preventive support.

Our seminar Well-being at work for those who want to take action for their health and balance performance, safety and well-being, at work and in life.

HR Challenge N°5

"Transitioning to (pre)retirement: Ensuring a smooth transition

With the current pandemic, employees' comfort zones have disappeared!Suddenly finding oneself on short-time working, telecommuting or being made redundant creates a pressure that generally provokes deep personal reflection... Some, often the 50-plus employees, find themselves insearch of meaningand no longer identify with their activity, and dream of early retirement to realize themselves in a different way.

But even for those who dream of it, leaving is not without its share of stress. It's the start of a new life, which needs to be well prepared.

Our short program Transition to retirement which aims to raise awareness and encourage 50plus employees to prepare for (pre)retirement.Because (pre-)retirement ismuch more than a series of administrative steps...

This support is also part of thestrategic and transformationalGENERATIONS 360°andTRANSITION RETRAITE SEREINEprograms, which are part of your CSRapproach, particularly your Diversity policy.
