IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of the course by the sponsor within a period of less than

within 30 days, 10% of the total amount is due to the organization, within 15 days: 25%, within 7 days: 50%, within 48 hours: 90%.  

In the event of postponement of the training by the client, new dates will be determined together, but if the delay between the initial dates and the new dates exceeds three months, a postponement fee of 20% will be payable.  

In the event of partial or total non-performance of the agreement on the part of the training organization, ARC innovation SAS undertakes to invoice only the part performed, in proportion to the number of days of intervention scheduled.

DISPUTE

In the event of a dispute, the co-contracting parties will agree, prior to any legal action, on the procedures for the amicable settlement of any difficulties to which the performance of the agreement may give rise.
