With the transmission of knowledge, a growth mindset
uring our workshops and seminars, we engage participants in finding the difference that makes the difference, for a successful and efficient transmission. They also have the ability to transform obstacles into opportunities, with the right amount of effort and resources!
A programmed ambition: Toutes Transmettrices & Tous Transmetteurs
100% of professionals in an organization reach level 3 in their areas of expertise! Knowing that talent doesn't wait for years!
And conscientiousness knows no age!
POSITIVE EVOLUTION OF "KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION" SKILLS
Success factors for the transmission :
Receiver-Transmitter: Speaking the same language...with care, joy and good humour!
Participants appreciate and find :
- The workshop is practical and attractive, with challenges, games, movement and dynamic activities,
- The seminar has interactive workshops, with sharing and listening, good humor and a good atmosphere to boost motivation,
- The trainers are excellent teachers,
- The teaching aids provide a simple framework, structure and approach for those who are not necessarily experienced teachers.
Transmission situations require :
- Emotional control, which is sometimes a challenge when the transmitter loses control of the action by delegating (emotional aspect),
- Alternate phases of concentration and relaxation (mental aspect),
- Alternate proximity and distance (relational aspect)
A corporate culture of transmission
- Receivers (learners) become autonomous - level N2. Transmitters become experts in their fields - level N3.
- The Transmitter lives the paradox of hurrying and taking its time, and with the Receiver of hurrying and taking its time.
The Transmetteur shares his experience as he goes along, because there isn't necessarily a specific time dedicated to transmission. So he adapts and seizes the right moments and opportunities as they arise. His basic motivation: "the desire to pass on what I've received".
- The joy of transmitting: lies in the process of empowering the Receiver, who makes fewer mistakes. The pinnacle lies in hiring newcomers who have learned and evolved. This, too, is the Transmitter's satisfaction: to sow and reap!
- On the road to action, this requires great mastery of technical processes and transmission-learning (relational and pedagogical processes), with constant adjustments.
- Transmitters master the art of dosage (neither too much nor too little information, in the right place at the right time), based on sustained attention-concentration, a key factor in transmitter observation-listening.
- The competent Receiver seeks to become autonomous and takes over from the more experienced ones before him/her.
He's committed to the team, shows initiative and makes decisions - he's self-confident and anticipates - he's not in a holding pattern and gains confidence.
The Receiver listens, shows interest, motivation, is curious, asks questions, wants to learn to go further in understanding, mastery. They seek out knowledge in order to apply it: problems - decisions - results.
