Qualiopi certification - What is it?

ARC innovation has been committed to a quality approach for several years, while continuing to position itself as a major player in corporate training and change!
What does this certification represent?
QUALIOPI: QUALITY LABEL FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION
Since July 2019, training establishments have been awarded a special quality label: Qualiopi.
The label is based on the National Quality Standards (NQS), enabling certified training establishments and other PACs* to prove that their quality adheres to the strict quality policy, so that they stand out from all other providers in this field.
*PAC: Action providers are qualified to contribute to development, in particular training organization, CFA, VAE center and skills assessment.
QUALIOPI: THE SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION
During the certification audit, organizations are evaluated according to 7 criteria covering the following topics:
- Informing the public about training opportunities
- Program design, including online training content
- Adapting services to learners' profiles and situations
- The mobilization of adequate resources to supervise training courses
- Developing the skills of the teams involved in the training process
- The competence in the field of training
- Continuous performance improvement
In short, the entire training process is evaluated. It must meet the highest standards, from program design to deployment and evaluation of learner satisfaction.
Qualiopi certification is issued for a period of 3 years with a mid-term follow-up audit to prove that quality has been maintained.

Qualiopi puts the learner at the center of the training process, to offer him or her the training experience best suited to his or her explicit and implicit needs.
So it's essential to assess customer satisfaction and incorporate feedback into our training offering.
QUALIOPI: GUARANTEED QUALITY
Before Qualiopi, each company had to select its service providers without any external information, and with no guarantee of obtaining the expected level of service.
From now on, training departments have a real quality filter at their disposal, thanks to the "Qualiopi - certified process" label!
Please note: from January 1, 2022, only training provided by a Qualiopi-certified training organization will be covered by public funding bodies.
