n teleworking, your remote team finds its flow and perfects its skills!

Faced with the new challenges you face, organizations are rapidly evolving, and so is the way we work and learn together. For many, telecommutingisbecoming the new norm. With everyone at home and face-to-face training on stand-by, informal team learning is impoverished or, in the worst case, comes to a complete halt!

But it's above all now, to achieve optimum performance and find their flows from a distance, that teams, managers and employees need to develop new behaviors and skills for collaborating via the screen. And don't forget, as you've probably already noticed, virtual space is likea catalyst: a team's strengths are amplified, and its weaknesses become visible and truly limiting.

For optimal remote collaboration to take root over time, it's crucial to schedule regular group sessions to get to know each other better, build mutual trust and understand the needs and workings of your teammates. Our 'A la machine à Café' workshops provide you with simple, concrete guidelines for both individual and group work.

Motivated by human contact, I left my job as an industrial engineer in 2005 to become a trainer. Initially skeptical of being able to create an atmosphere of trust and interpersonal relationships through a screen, I launched my first Webinars in 2015.

I soon discovered the 'tricks' of the trade for creating a great group dynamic, even virtually. With experience, I find it a real pleasure to lead virtual training courses and workshops. I qualified as a Digital Trainer at the beginning of 2020, and I regularly train myself to create and run fun, impactful and relevant formats.

I'm delighted to be at your side, supporting you through difficult times and new challenges!
