Objectives
  • Analyze, explore and develop personal and professional skills, aptitudes and motivations
  • Define a professional project and, if applicable, a training project
  • Use highlighted assets as a negotiating tool for jobs, training or career development
  • Analyze the feasibility of a professional project, taking into account the socio-economic needs of the area in which you live and work.
Duration & Organization

Duration: Long format of 20h in the form of 10 sessions of 2h individual interviews or short format of 12h in the form of 6 sessions of 2h, around 10h of personal work, at a regular pace, and easily achievable alongside one's professional activity.

Terms and conditions of access: The terms and conditions of registration are defined after prior discussion with our consultant, and depend on the type of financing chosen. An average of 2 weeks depending on the responsiveness of the registration and financing validation phase.We then commit to getting you started within 15 days of your financing approval. We'll let you know if we need more time.

Audience: Executives and managers in the private sector

Prerequisites : no particular prerequisites.

‍Languages: this course is available in French, English and German.

Course: The skills assessment takes place in 3 main phases:  

Phase 1 - A preliminary phase :

  • analyze your needs and requirements
  • identify the format best suited to your situation and needs
  • define together the terms and conditions

Phase 2 - An investigation phase :

  • define and build your career plan and check its relevance
  • develop one or more alternatives, in particular a training project or a project to validate acquired experience

Phase 3 - A concluding phase : 

It concludes with the presentation of your detailed results and a written summary document containing :

  • analysis of professional and personal skills
  • definition of a career plan, and concrete proposals for professional development or reorientation
  • the conditions and means for carrying out the professional project(s)
  • the main procedures and stages involved in implementing the professional project(s)

We propose a follow-up interview about six months after the end of the skills assessment.

Evaluation: This phase ends with the presentation of detailed results and a summary document. Your Coach-Trainer checks with you that the objectives set at the start of the course have been achieved. The results of the assessment are your sole property.

Methods: Questioning, self-positioning, 360° questionnaire, DISC and Forces Motrices behavioral analysis, life mapping, Ikigaï, individual reflection, individual coaching, positive psychology, sources of meaning, photolanguage. A personal work support is provided at the start.

Format: You can choose between 100% face-to-face support, 100% distance learning or a combined course.

Price: €3,000 incl. VAT for the long format and €1,800 incl. VAT for the short format, financed by your CPF, your company or on a personal basis.
