We offer you the end-of-career assessment and serene retirement transition specifically designed for senior executives aged 50 and over .
The aim of this program is to support them during the final years of their career and prepare them for a smooth transition to retirement.
The coach-trainer accompanies you through this transition period and helps you to :
Duration: 24 hours in the form of 10 individual 2-hour sessions and 4 hours of personal work, at a regular pace, and easily achievable alongside one's professional activity.
Access time: on average 2 weeks, depending on the responsiveness of the registration and financing validation phase.Wethenundertake to get you started within 15 days of your financing approval. We'll let you know if it takes longer.
