Our coaching approach is highly pragmatic. After a review of the objectives and expectations of the coachee and the company, a customized support program is developed by the coach. The tools used include self-positioning, 360° feedback, questioning, personality testing and others, enabling the coachee to build a motivating and realistic action plan to achieve his or her objective.

Duration: generally 5 to 10 coaching sessions of 2 hours every two months. The number of sessions and pace are adapted to the needs of the person being coached.

Prerequisites: Open-mindedness, willingness to understand each other better and develop new skills.
