We support managers in creating robust team cohesion at a distance. We focus on communication, collaboration, alignment, and putting in place the means to create a bond beyond the functional, despite the physical distance that separates them.
Duration: 1 to 2 days of collective workshops, favoring face-to-face meetings for the whole team, with intermediate remote follow-up sessions.
