During this workshop for managers, we'll introduce you to the building blocks of good team cohesion, enabling you to begin to understand where your team is at, and the benefits of implementing solutions to help you get there.
Duration: 1 x 1.5-hour remote workshop.
Public: managers and executives, team leaders, project managers in organizations, companies or associations.
Prerequisites: Open-mindedness, willingness to build on what works and question what works less well. A commitment to continuous improvement.
Teaching method: Basic theory, sharing experiences and best practices, sub-group discussions, self-assessment questionnaire.
Learning method: 50% theory, 50% exchange of experience
