Duration & Organization

Duration: 4 hours, 1 or 2 days of workshop (game play, assessment of what has been learned, bridge to the team's day-to-day challenges, establishment of a SMART action plan), followed if necessary by 1 or 2 follow-up sessions.

Audience:project teams, executives, managers and their functional teams from 10 to 500 participants in an organization, company or association.  

Prerequisites: Open-mindedness and willingness on the part of all members of the management team and managers to strengthen team cohesion and implement ways of working together.

Methods: face-to-face group workshop.
