At ARC innovation, the mission of our trainers and coaches is to make the most of human resources.
If you too are deeply convinced that the strength of a group comes from the differences and complementarity of its individuals, and that inclusion and diversity are essential human values for any modern, responsible company, then this workshop is for you!
Promoting inclusion and diversity in your company helps to strengthen your employer brand, improve your attractiveness to talent and foster innovation and performance.
The Diversity Fresco is an experiential, collaborative awareness-raising tool that effectively raises awareness and questions about discrimination and inclusion issues within organizations. The aim is to raise awareness, share a common basis for reflection, and then take action or reinforce existing initiatives. It is the first step in building a more inclusive, innovative and effective corporate culture.
