In today's workplace, "young" people, those in their thirties and forties, and seniors nearing retirement all rub shoulders. While some managers fear this generation gap, in reality it can represent an opportunity... provided it's properly managed.
Our approach is highly pragmatic. After learning the theoretical foundations of effective intergenerational management during a live webinar, the Managers participants meet once a quarter at a BarCamp to present concrete cases and let themselves be coached by their peers. The facilitator guarantees the framework, the smooth running of the interactions and the process.
All intergenerational management topics are brought in by participants. They come from their day-to-day difficulties and preoccupations, or from concrete projects on which they wish to take a step back to find a solution and improve their skills. Participants are all the more motivated to take action and solve their problems when we talk about them.
