With over 20 years' experience in industry, including 15 years as a manager and active member of management committees, I have acquired a deep understanding of the issues and dynamics within companies.
My career path has enabled me to evolve, learn and grow as a leader, but above all as a coach of individuals towards their full potential. I've managed teams, led ambitious projects and led major organizational transformations. These experiences have shaped my conviction that a company's success lies in the development and fulfillment of its people.
After all these years and the different roles I've held, I felt the need to devote myself fully to my passion: helping people to grow personally and professionally.
Today, as a certified professional coach, Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and Enneagram trainee, I want to support you and pass on the knowledge, skills and perspectives you need to develop strong, high-performance teams.
My approach is based on proximity, empathy and a deep understanding of individual and collective needs within companies. I'm convinced that high-performance teams are born of in-depth mutual knowledge, transparent communication and fluid collaboration. My role as a coach is to guide managers and leaders through their challenges, helping them to understand themselves and others, develop their leadership skills and build strong team cohesion.
