With solid experience acquired within major international groups, notably GAFAM, I have been able to attest tangibly to the positive impact of well thought-out DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) strategies on the overall performance of organizations and the well-being of their employees.

Convinced that diversity is an essential lever for innovation and growth, I support companies in their transformation towards more inclusive and fulfilling work environments. Thanks to my creativity and dynamism, I am able to unite teams around ambitious IED projects, notably by promoting collective intelligence and employee training.
