DISC" behavioral analysis, based on William Marston's model, describes a person's behavior (natural style) and the way they adapt to their environment (adapted style). It enables us to better understand our comfort and discomfort zones, to become aware of our strengths and weaknesses, and to implement strategies for success.
The "Driving Forces" analysis, based on the work of Eduard Spranger and Gordon Allport on values and motivations, enables people to understand what motivates them to act.
The "DISC and Driving Forces" combination enables behavioral assessments to be carried out on three levels: the employee, with three different variations (communication, leadership, sales), the team (with a team analysis) and the manager (with a DISC 360° ).
Research into human behavior shows that the most successful people share a high level of self-awareness. They are quick to identify the conditions under which they are most effective.
When a person's DISC and Driving Force results match or complement each other, they are likely to be aligned. On the contrary, when their results don't match up, they may be experiencing internal conflict or tension.
Our coach uses the results of the analysis to help the person overcome their tensions, find their own solutions to be aligned and progress professionally and personally.
