360° is a tool that enables the person being assessed to put their perception of their skills and behaviors into perspective (self-evaluation), and to compare it with the vision of their colleagues, co-workers, manager and professional entourage. The aim of this "cross-view" is to enable the employee to become aware of his or her strengths and weaknesses in terms of soft skills (leadership, management, communication, relations with others, etc.), to receive feedback on the way he or she interacts with others, and to generate positive developments and optimized practices in defined areas. This enables the individual to consciously choose, modify or reinforce certain behavioral tendencies for greater collective effectiveness.
Our coach uses the results of the 360° analysis to help the person overcome tensions, find his or her own solutions for alignment and professional progress.
Duration:1h assessment, 2h feedback, then ~ 3 sessions of 2h coaching to work on the skills development plan.
NB:The number of sessions, pace and format are adapted to the needs of the people and teams being supported.
Public:all employees of an organization, company or association.
Prerequisites: Open-mindedness, willingness to learn more about yourself and develop new skills.
