Public: HR managers, all employees, managers, executives of an organization
Prerequisite: willingness to become informed as a preventive measure and/or to clarify understanding of one's state of stress, whether occasional or chronic.
Format: distance learning or face-to-face workshop
Pedagogical methods: basic theoretical input, collective intelligence with interactive exchanges, experience sharing; self-assessment, questionnaire
Learning methods: 40% theory, 30% discussion and 30% practice (breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques; postures and movements).
Assessment methods: self-assessment of knowledge at the beginning and end of the course.
