Awareness Workshop

In a world of speed and often radical transformation (VICA volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous), creative, pro-active professional adaptation and a high level of resilience are essential assets for professional development and fulfillment at work.

Being resilient helps us to face up to challenges and destabilizing, stressful situations, to overcome them and come out the stronger for it. In this way, the difficulties encountered become opportunities to be seized with flexibility and reflection. It calls on different domains: technical, methodological, social, personal and contributory.

The aim of this awareness-raising program is to familiarize employees with the main mechanisms of resilience, and to learn how to identify the levers of resilience, in order to maintain their commitment and satisfaction at work.

  • Discover a first approach to resilience capacity
  • Learn the basics of cultivating a positive mindset focused on solutions, resources and performance.
  • Introduce yourself to sophrology, a mind-body method for releasing tension and calming the mind.

Duration & Organization

Duration: 1 x 2-hour remote workshop.

Public: HR managers, all employees, managers, directors of an organization; work teams

‍Prerequisite: willingness to obtain preventive information and/or clarify understanding of a trying lived situation

‍Format: distance learning or face-to-face workshop

‍Training method: basic theoretical input, collective intelligence with interactive exchanges, experience sharing, self-assessment, questionnaire, photomontage

‍Learning method: 40% theory, 40% discussion and 20% practice (refocusing techniques with sophrology).

‍Assessment methods: self-assessment of knowledge at the beginning and end of the course.

Price: €980 excl. tax for a group of 5 to 12 remote participants, face-to-face price on request
