Moral Harassment at Work Awareness Campaign

Awareness Workshop

Although it is sometimes obvious, it often moves quietly, by stealth, and is not always easy to identify. Yet it has a lasting destabilizing effect on its victims. It jeopardizes the safety of professionals and undermines business performance.

It takes many forms and concerns all professionals, whatever their age, status or experience. Contrary to popular belief, victims of harassment are not necessarily fragile people!

The aim of this awareness-raising program is to help you understand the main mechanisms and learn to identify the first signs of harassment in the workplace, so that you can protect yourself.
