It's a fact that daily stress, burnout and absenteeism generate significant costs for organizations - a societal reality with far-reaching consequences!

Your organization attaches a great deal of importance to Quality of Life in the workplace, as this is a decisive component of performance. So you want to maintain a lasting balance between efficiency and fulfillment at the heart of your teams.

After a review of the company's objectives and expectations, and the needs of its employees, the trainer proposes an appropriate training program.

Training is organized in two stages:

  1. "Observe and Understand" promotes awareness and knowledge. This training course clarifies: how to better live and manage stress in the professional context; how to protect oneself from the stress of others and avoid being a source of stress oneself.
  2. "Deciding and Acting in the Flow" where each participant engages in anti-stress practices, with techniques and tools that encourage their involvement. The trainer works with employees on 4 levels: self, others, relationships, environment,

Duration & Organization

Duration :

  • 1 2-hour face-to-face or distance learning workshop on the theme 
  • 1 day of classroom training (7h)
  • 1 1-hour remote question-and-answer session (cold follow-up)

Public: HR managers, all employees, managers, executives of an organization (from 5 to 12 participants).  

‍Prerequisite : willingness to learn preventive information and/or clarify understanding of one's state of stress, punctual or chronic. Aimed at those who feel overworked and/or stressed, and want to find their balance to optimize their professional involvement! The awareness workshop is a plus.  

Format : face-to-face and/or distance learning workshop

Teaching methods: basic theoretical input, collective intelligence with interactive exchanges, sharing of experiences and best practices; self-positioning questionnaire using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS); case study in sub-groups, analysis and debriefing in plenary, formalization of an individual action plan.

Learning methods: 30% theory, 40% discussion and 30% practice (breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques; postures and movements).

‍Assessment methods: self-positioning and self-assessment at the start and end of training to measure progress.
