The transition to retirement is an adventure that deserves our attention. Even for those who dream of it, retirement brings with it an element of stress and anxiety, sometimes unconscious, that can affect the end of a career, the transition and/or the beginning of retirement.
To help you avoid the most common mistakes, we offer an awareness-raising workshop for your employees nearing retirement. For 1h30, your employees are invited to sit down and consider the importance of the subject, and to reflect and share with their peers what is important for the years to come.
In an interactive way, they learn step by step the essential factors to give wings to their new life.
1 1.5-hour remote workshop to raise awareness of the theme and learn the keys to a fulfilling retirement.
Public: employees of an organization, company or association who are close to retirement.
Prerequisites: Open-mindedness, willingness to understand each other better and develop new skills.
Teaching method: Basic theory, sharing experiences and best practices, sub-group discussions, self-assessment questionnaire.
Learning method: 50% theory, 50% exchange of experience
Evaluation methods: questionnaire at the end of the workshop
Price: €980 excl. tax for a group of 20 remote participants, face-to-face price on request.

This two-stage approach first raises your employees' awareness of the subject, then encourages them to take responsibility by inviting them to sign up for training on a voluntary basis, if they wish to go further.
