Pathway: Together, we determine the approach to be taken, choosing the right modules. 

  • Module 1 - Take stock of the professional experience acquired by the future retiree and identify what needs to be passed on.
  • Module 2 - Preparing future retirees for mentoring, planning the transition of responsibilities and transferring skills within the team. 
  • Module 3 - Preparing to take over and developing the skills needed to succeed in your new role through individual coaching. 
  • Module 4 - Creating a corporate learning culture 'All transmitters, all receivers' throughout your career and at all levels.

Methods: Mentoring, Team workshops, Individual reflection, Experience sharing, Team coaching, Individual coaching.

Format: You can choose between 100% face-to-face or distance learning, or a blended learning program.

‍Assessment methods: self-positioning and self-assessment at the start and end of training to measure progress.
