In 2009, ARC Innovation was co-created by A. Bleschke and P. Papillon to respond to market demands in the "Industries & Services" sector in Europe. Since then, more than 5000 participants have been trained in 3 languages: French, German and English.
Our main contribution is driving the development of personal behavioural skills, management attitudes and leadership habits in change situations like fusions, renewal of organisations, setting-up of matrix organisations as well as the integration of new working processes, such as LEAN, SPS, Design thinking, holocrazy etc.
Since 2011, we have had the ISQ-OPQF certificate for the fields of Tools and methods of management and Interpersonal communication. This qualification is validated and renewed regularly. Since 2017, ARC Innovation has been DataDock accredited.
